Revolution in Relaxation – Come Sit With Community for a Week

Join Giovannina Jobson and for a weeklong meditation retreat over the spring break – 3/25 – 3/30 – Free of charge

The Wisdom Traditions department is offering a meditation retreat during spring break. This is a great opportunity for people to practice in community. The practice session will include shamatha (calm abiding), vipashyana (insight – clear seeing), as well some sessions of analytical meditation led by Jirka Hladis. Our time will include sitting practice, movement, walking meditation, loving kindness practice, and contemplative reflection.

M – F 3/25 – 3/29 – 9am – 6pm at Arapahoe Campus, Shambhala Hall, 2nd?floor of?Lincoln Building. Come for all or part of the retreat.? Donations for tea and snacks are greatly appreciated.

Naropa Campuses Closed on Friday, March 15, 2024

Due to adverse weather conditions, all Naropa campuses will be closed Friday, March 15, 2024.? All classes that require a physical presence on campus will be canceled.?All?online and?low-residency programs are to meet as scheduled.

Based on the current weather forecast, the?Healing with the Ancestors Talk & Breeze of Simplicity program scheduled for Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be held as planned.

Staff that do not work remotely or are scheduled to work on campus, can work remotely. Staff that routinely work remotely are expected to continue to do so.
